As our first Sales and Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we approach clients, streamline our sales processes, and bring our innovative products to market.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and Manage the Sales Pipeline: Create, maintain, and optimize a structured sales pipeline that ensures leads are smoothly transitioned to paying clients.
  • Develop RFI Response Systems: Design efficient processes to respond to Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring timely and professional client engagement.
  • Client Engagement: Lead conversations with potential clients, learning and adapting to the technical aspects of our high-tech camera systems to communicate effectively.
  • Drive Conversion: Work closely with the team to ensure potential clients are nurtured and transitioned into loyal customers through a smooth and efficient process.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Align sales efforts with technical and operational teams to deliver a cohesive client experience.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Contribute to marketing campaigns and strategies to generate leads and support business growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, ideally in a technology-driven or engineering-focused industry.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A willingness to learn technical details to effectively discuss our technology with clients.
  • A proactive, client-centric approach with the ability to create tailored solutions for client needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and an understanding of sales funnel management is a plus.

Location & Commitment

  • This is a full-time position.
  • We welcome candidates who are available to work on-site in Tartu, Estonia, or in a hybrid setup.
  • For hybrid work arrangements, occasional on-site presence in Tartu will be required to ensure effective collaboration and hands-on involvement with the team and hardware.
  • This role may occasionally require travel to meet with clients or attend industry events.
