About Us
At CrystalSpace, we’re at the forefront of advanced imaging technology, working with some of the most exciting projects in the space and technology sectors. As our first dedicated Project Manager, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape how we deliver excellence, ensuring our projects run smoothly from concept to completion.
What You’ll Do
- Manage Complex Projects: Lead high-tech camera system deliveries to clients, including ESA, ensuring they meet technical, budgetary, and timeline requirements.
- Learn & Adapt: Dive into the technical and procedural specifics of working with ESA and similar organizations. No prior ESA experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn is essential!
- Client Coordination: Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and a shared vision for success.
- Collaborate Internally: Work closely with engineers, developers, and other team members to track progress, resolve issues, and drive results.
- Implement Best Practices: Set up and refine project management processes to help the company grow.
What We’re Looking For
- A background in project management, ideally in a high-tech or engineering field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A curious mindset and eagerness to learn about technical requirements.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to navigate between technical teams and clients.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Location & Commitment
- This is a full-time position.
- We welcome candidates who are available to work on-site in Tartu, Estonia, or in a hybrid setup.
- For hybrid work arrangements, occasional on-site presence in Tartu will be required to ensure effective collaboration and hands-on involvement with the team and hardware.
- This role may occasionally require travel to meet with clients or attend industry events.
