We are looking for a talented Developer to lead the creation of the GlanceCore management ecosystem – building the backbone that powers and updates our AI-capable devices in the field.

About Us At CrystalSpace, we don’t just build software; we build systems that bridge the gap between complex hardware and the digital world. As we scale our technology, we need a developer who can design a robust, secure, and high-performance infrastructure to manage thousands of devices and the AI models they run.

What You’ll Do

• Architect Device Management: Design and implement a comprehensive database system to handle 10,000+ device entries, ensuring lightning-fast updates and seamless process flows.
• AI Model Lifecycle: Build a secure, scalable repository for AI models, implementing full CRUD functionality to manage the deployment and versioning of our core intelligence.
• Secure Distribution: Develop the architecture to securely push updates and models to hardware, ensuring 100% integrity through checksum validation and encrypted pipelines.
• Access Control: Establish a sophisticated stakeholder management system, defining and enforcing roles from Administrators to Clients to ensure total system security.
• Bridge the Interface: Create intuitive API-driven or Web-based interfaces that streamline how our partners and managers interact with GlanceCore devices.

What We’re Looking For

• API & Backend Mastery: Proven experience in developing RESTful APIs and managing complex database architectures.
• Hardware-Software Synergy: Experience with hardware update systems or OTA (Over-the-Air) deployment strategies.
• Security-First Mindset: A deep understanding of secure distribution, authentication protocols, and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Performance Driven: Ability to write optimized code capable of handling high loads.
• Embedded Knowledge (Bonus): Experience in embedded software development is a significant plus, helping you understand the constraints of the devices receiving your code.
• Analytical Rigor: Familiarity with developing systems, ensuring everything is unit-tested, logged, and ready for real-world stress.

Location & Commitment

• This is a full-time position.
• We offer a hybrid setup with a presence in Tartu, Estonia.
• Occasional on-site collaboration is required to work closely with the hardware teams and the GlanceCore units.
