About Us

As we grow our footprint in the defense sector, we’re looking for a proactive Marketing and Sales Manager to bridge the gap between our technical excellence and the evolving needs of the modern defense market.
What You’ll Do
- Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive Sales and Marketing Plan that defines our trajectory in the defense sector.
- Integrate User Feedback: Actively engage with drone manufacturers as potential solution users to gather critical feedback and technical input, ensuring our roadmap aligns with real-world requirements.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the defense industry, focusing on high-tech integrations and strategic partnerships.
- Brand Positioning: Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling value propositions for defense contractors and procurement agencies.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term trust with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and end-users.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales or marketing, specifically within the defense, aerospace, or high-tech manufacturing industries.
- A strategic mindset: Ability to create a structured sales and marketing plan from the ground up.
- Strong communication skills: You must be comfortable conducting technical interviews and feedback sessions with drone manufacturers and engineers.
- A deep understanding of the defense procurement landscape and emerging trends in unmanned systems.
- Self-driven and analytical: Ability to turn market “noise” into actionable data for our development team.
- Fluency in Estonian and English is essential for navigating local partnerships and international markets.

Location & Commitment
- This is a full-time position.
- We welcome candidates who are available to work on-site in Tartu, Estonia, or in a hybrid setup.
- Given the importance of relationship-building and hardware integration, occasional travel and on-site presence in Tartu will be required.
